On the island of Sri Lanka, a very special aroma spreads from its millenary fields to the villages. It is its cinnamon, the most sought-after in the world, which has been transported on the Spice Route from the East to the West since the 15th century.

VINTARI Cinnamon comes from these fields, it is of the Cinnamomum zeylanicum type, also called Ceylon Cinnamon or “true cinnamon”, because of its more concentrated qualities and its much more delicate aroma and flavor than other varieties of cinnamon, such as Cassia cinnamon, commonly used in cooking.
